The Alliance Française de Rouen is committed to a global approach of respect for the confidentiality of personal data entrusted to it in the context of its activity, through the means of collection available from its website afrouen.org, in particular at the time of requests for contact, information, requests for quotes or account creation.
As such, the Alliance Française de Rouen undertakes to use personal data in accordance with the directives of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data collected through the various contact forms, requests for quotes, information or user account creation are processed by the person in charge of each service concerned (reception, examination, stay, accommodation, culture, management...), enabling him/her to respond to users, contact them, provide information, make commercial proposals and fulfil his/her mission of selling French courses, training and diplomas online.
The data will never be used for other, unintended purposes, nor transmitted to partners, unless the owner of the data has given his consent. No personal information other than that requested in this context is collected without the knowledge of the persons concerned.
Users of the site are kindly reminded that the execution of a contract for the sale of courses, training, a diploma, the search for accommodation or a shuttle transfer from an airport is conditional upon the provision of personal data. The user wishing to conclude a sales contract with the afrouen.org site must be aware that the non-supply of this data makes it impossible to continue the contractual process.
In addition, the data collected is kept :
for customers: for the duration of the commercial relationship. They will be kept for commercial prospecting purposes for a maximum of 3 years from the end of this commercial relationship,
for prospects: a maximum of 3 years from the date of collection by the data controller or from the last contact by the prospect.
Furthermore, the data collected via the processing of personal data on this site are not transferred outside the territory of the European Union.
In addition, the data transiting through the site are subject to constant attention in terms of their security and confidentiality. In addition to an HTTPS website, access to the back office of the site is possible via complex logins and passwords with strong protection and double authentication. The same is true for the mailbox receiving the personal data of users and customers.
Also, the afrouen.org website is equipped with numerous security modules to prevent malicious intrusions and data leaks as much as possible.
However, the user of this site or the customer may at any time file a complaint with the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL), the French supervisory authority.
Finally, in accordance with articles 15 and following of the General Regulations on Data Protection, the user of this site has the right to access, rectify, delete and limit data concerning him/her, as well as the right to object to the processing of data carried out via the afnormandie.org site via the page afnormandie.org/en/exercise-your-rights/.
